      Let's remove richfaces capabilities from project templates.
      Reasons are :

      • The RichFaces project has reached end-of-life in June 2016, a Q&A article regarding the EOL is available here.
      • Current included implementations are RichFaces 3.X, which contains CVE and has not been updated since 2009. (latest version is 4.X and no one required to update to it)
