Hot deploy does not work with OpenShift server adapter

      1. Connect to openshift cluster in OpenShift Explorer
      2. Create project
      3. Create eap application: eap73-basic-s2i, change default folder to helloworld on the next screen instead of kitchensink
      4. Wait until application starts on cluster
      5. Create server adapter and wait until its started and synchronized
      (you should see console log about synchronization of files)
      6. make changes in code(e.g. rewrite return in HelloService.java file) and save file
      7. You should see upload of changed class file
      8. Review changes in explorer
      Expected: Changes are seen in browser
      Actual result: nothing has changed
