Refreshing Openshift connection does not work for started CRC 1.16 in studio when asked by warning dialog

      I have started CRC server adapters on Windows using HyperV. At the end of start up I got warning dialog that's say I should for crc cluster to get ready as OpenshiftConnection wont work yet. So I wait and try to refresh after some time. This does not help and I got Problem Occurred dialog - Failed to refresh element.
