Add reporting to the odo based developer experience.
The following info will be reported:

• create component: component type, success/failure
• create service: service template, success/failure
• create storage: size, success/failure
• create url: secure, success/failure
• login: counter
• logout: counter
• push/watch: counter
• debug: counter
• link: counter
