Create an overarching pipeline to build/release all projects in one go

      Once all previous tasks are complete:
      Create a pipeline to trigger all the projects' builds in the proper sequence. The pipeline needs to have a release switch:

      • off - run all the builds in snapshot mode
      • on - run all builds in release mode
