Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

1. Create WF 19 server
2. Choose to create ie. Dynamic web project
3. Set target runtime of the project t owf 19.
4. Modify the configuration -> open Project Facets dialog
5. Assert: there is chosen WF 19 server under runtimes tab
6. Change default java facet to java 11.
7. Assert: project java facet is 11.
Actual result: Check the Java facets options, only up to java 9 versions are available, no java 11 is avaialble.

When using Wildfly 19 runtime for a web projects, I cannot set project facet of the java above version 9.
