      Open the Red Hat Code Ready Studio and try to create new JSF Project with the "JSF 2.3" value as JSF Environment. The value "JSF 2.3" is not available.

      Tested in the following Red Hat CodeReady Studio:
      Version: 12.14.0.GA
      Build id: GA-v20200220-1018-B5957
      Build date: 20200220-1018
