ITest: doesnt didnt detect that we were missing a wfl17 in the create server wizard

    Description

      In JBIDE-26852 we noticed that we were missing a wildfly 17 server in the create server wizard. We should investigate why our tests didnt catch this and fix/create a test that does this.

          Bug - A problem that impairs or prevents the functions of the product. JBIDE-26852 WildFly 17 is not in the list of available servers (when I am trying to add new server from the Servers view using the New Server dialogue)
