OpenShift Tooling: could not determine OC version when using OC from CRC

      1. Install and setup CRC - a new folder .crc should be created with oc (.crc/cache/oc/oc)
      2. Install devstudio and setup OC in preferences from CRC
      3. Message "Could not determine your OpenShift client version." is shown in Preferences page with warning.
