Start on existing workspace with existing projects/runtimes in.

You get a warning about layout being restored because of null argument

All projects suddenly have compile time errors, the runtimes are not being picked up.

Not possible to assign any of the runtimes (they dont show up in project properties)

Open server view - the view has the names and some of the deployments but icons etc. are missing and the log gets the exceptions I pasted in here.

Plus none of our servers are showing up on New Server!
