Error during extracting already downloaded minishift archive

1. Setup up Minishift 1.7+ server adapter and download minishift 1.21 using download and install runtime wizard 2. Assert: binary is downloaded, adapter configured. 3. Delete server adadpter Minishift 1.7+ 4. Repeat step 1, keep all values default 5. Assert: binary is downloaded or already downloaded archive used, unzipped, minishift binary is set, adapter is created Actual result: error dialog pops up, user can click OK and just continue creating adapter, since the existing path to already downloaded and unzipped binary is used, everything works. We just may need to override downloaded binary or add a check for installation folder that already contains proper binary.
