Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

1. Have connection to OpenShift instance (e.g. CDK)
2. Click on File -> New -> OpenShift Application
3. New OpenShift Application shows up
4. Click on Next Button, but it is disabled.

You also cannot use OpenShift Application from Central.
