1. Open IDE
2. Choose to create new Server adapter (CDK 3.2+)
3. Go to "Download and install runtimes..." link -> Download runtimes wizard will pop up
4. Choose CDK v3.3.0
5. Pass credentials to developers.redhat.com
6. Accept license
7. At Download runtime setting page, choose installation folder and keep /tmp folder
8. Finish the dialog
9. Wait until chosen CDK is downloaded
10. ASSERT: Downloaded CDK is placed into Minshift binary label, there is no error, downloaded artifacts are deleted from /tmp folder, dialog can be finished.
Actual result: There is expected path in Minishift binary label, there is error saying that minsihift binary file does not exist, the artifact is not deleted from /tmp and it does not have executable right for user group
