Runtime detection finds new cdk even if it already exists

    Details

    • Sprint:
      devex #149 May 2018
    • Steps to Reproduce:
      Hide

      1. Download cdk 3.3.0 using Runtime Detection -> Download; use a directory such as ~/tmp
      2. New server adapter will be created for the new CDK runtime pointing to ~/tmp - good
      3. Go to Preferences -> Runtime Detection again and click Search - the same cdk runtime that already has a server adapter will be found as new - bad

Note that this does not happen for the cdk runtime found by cdk home - ~/.minishift. But it seems to be happening consistently for this use case that I described above.

      Description

I just noticed that sometimes if you repeatedly search for runtimes, the same cdk binary will be recognised as new again and again, creating duplicate server adapters if you click OK.
