1. Run runtime detection and make sure there will be an error - e.g. search for cdk in .minishift, so that it will require minishift binary location 2. Once you have an error in the runtime detection dialog, click it to show a list of quickfixes 3. Open the system file picker from that action - the list of actions will be hover above the file picker The tooltip stayed there even if I switched to another application. But it disappears when I switch back to devstudio, so that's kind of a workaround.
