Edit Resource: does nothing

1. ASSERT: have some resources (ex. dc, bc, etc.) available in OpenShift
2. EXEC: in Properties view: select your resource (ex. Build Configs > nodejs-mongo-persistent) and pick "Edit" in the context menu

Result:
Nothing happens

Expected:
An editor for editing the resource should show up
