New Application Wizard: "Defined Resources..." must show the values, not the names of parameters

i have a standard oc cluster up openshift instance. While creating a new openshift application i can choose a cakephp-mysql-persistent template: https://github.com/openshift/cakephp-ex/blob/master/openshift/templates/cakephp-mysql-persistent.json. If i click "Defined Resources..." button, i have the following:

For example the name of the build config is shown as $(NAME). https://github.com/openshift/cakephp-ex/blob/master/openshift/templates/cakephp-mysql-persistent.json#L89

I think we must resolve these parameters in the Template Details window
