Allow to select html tag wich should be used to render unknown tag in VPE Template dialog

      Now Template dialog is used to create template for unknown tag with vpe:any template that create an element containing tag name an border around it. Template dialog is asking attribute values for vpe:any tag.

      New dialog should provide list with html elements: a, b, p, table, tr, etc so developer can say what tag should be used to show unknown element. That would allow to make quick start for VPE template development.
