Application wizard: Details panel for template items with scrollable description are not rendered correctly

      Text in Detail view is not correctly rendered for templates with longer description.

      1. EXEC: launch new application wizard
      2. EXEC: select "jenkins-pipeline-example" (or any other item which has multiple lines that dont match the available space and vertical scrollbars appear
      3. EXEC: scroll the details pane several times up and done with the mouse

      Result:

      Content of details pane is displayed in a way that one cannot read it
