fuse extras site not updated correctly when publishing milestone

    Description

      http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/static/oxygen/development/updates/fuse-extras/ has a composite site which still points at AM1, not AM2. And since we just released Final, it should be pointing there.

      Similar problem in http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/static/oxygen/stable/updates/fuse-extras/ ... no composite*.xml files present, so not updated.

      Might be a bootstrapping problem, or related to JBIDE-23652
