If .xdoclet and .packaging files are committed in version control, the user needs to go into Packaging and XDoclet configuration and hit "Apply" to create the xdoclet-build.xml and packaging-build.xml in order for "Run XDoclet" and "Run Packaging" to work. Creating an automated builder for this process will make this much more seemless.
