Deploy Docker Image wizard: no projects are available if connection wasn't expanded in explorer

      1. ASSERT: make sure that you have an OpenShift connection with at least 1 project
      2. ASSERT: make sure that you didnt expand the connection in OpenShift explorer (ideally you have a freshly restarted Eclipse)
      3. ASSERT: make sure that you have a docker image in your local docker registry that you can deploy to OpenShift
      4. EXEC: In Docker Explorer: select your docker image and pick "Deploy to OpenShift..."
      5. ASSERT: Deploy image wizard pops up with the connection page
      6. EXEC: pick your OpenShift connection (that you didnt expand in the OpenShift explorer) and continue to the next page

      Result:

      The "OpenShift Project" combo has no project selected. Furthermore it's empty, none of the projects that exist are available to be selected.
