Open perspective dialog changed button label in Oxygen, results in lots of failing integration tests.

    Description

      Until Oxygen, OpenPerspecitve dialog had "Ok" button, but with oxygen, label of that button changed to "Open".

      org.jboss.tools.ide.eclipse.archives.ui.test is example of such failing tests: https://dev-platform-jenkins.rhev-ci-vms.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/job/jbosstools-server_master/104/testReport/

      We should probably fix this in RedDeer and release 1.3 (as 2.0 is not coming anytime early, right?) and add it to TP. rawagner@redhat.com WDYT?
