Application wizard: error decoration is not removed when I correct "Custom Template" url to be valid

      1. EXEC: launch application wizard and select "Custom Template" tab
      2. EXEC: start typing some url
      3. ASSERT: the url text field is decorated with an error marker as long as the url is not valid. The same error is show in the title area.
      4. EXEC: continue typing until the url is a formally valid url

      Result:
      The error disappears in the title area but the error decoration to the text field wont go away.
      It only disappears if you resize the window.

      Error decorator is not redrawn until windows is resized.

      I tried it on Win10 & Fedora 25.... Win10 has this issue, Fedora 25 does not.
      Mac is not affected either.
