steps:

1. ASSERT: make sure that you have an application running in OpenShift
2. EXEC: launch server adapter wizard
3. ASSERT: server adapter wizard pops up listing 2 (at first sight) identical entries for your application

Result:

I cannot easily distinguish the 2 entries that are listed. It's on the 2nd, closer look when comparing the details that I see the difference. The 1st entry is a service, the 2nd is a deployment config.
