Update supported configuration docs / test plans / platforms for jbosstools 4.4.4 / devstudio 10.4

    Description

      It's time to review the available Linux platforms on which we test devstudio & jbosstools.

      Ubuntu:
      We will probably want 16.04.2 LTS and 17.04 (released April 13, 2017), but should check https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases

      Fedora:
      We will want to support Fedora 24 and 25 when we release jbosstools 4.4.4.Final & devstudio 10.4.0.GA on May 22.
      We should also provide prelim support (Tech Preview?) for Fedora 26 (Beta on 2017-05-30, GA on 2017-06-27) [1]
