Cannot start CDK3 server adapter after it was successfully started and stopped

      1. Download and install devstudio, download cdk3
      2. Add new cdk3 server adapter
      3. Execute minishift setup-cdk
      4. Start cdk3 server adapter
      5. Stop cdk3 server adapter
      6. Start again cdk3 server adapter

      1. After starting of server adapter failed, stop the adapter (should succeed, minishift status is changed from "Running" to "Stopped")
      2. Manually from cli run minishift delete
      3. It is now possible to start/stop cdk server adapter in IDE over and over again with no failure
