rename docker tooling N&N files so they appear in JBoss Tools N&N pages

      Noticed today thanks to Jeff Johnston that there is no Docker Tooling N&N after JBoss Tools 4.3.1.

      I suspect this is due to the fact that the filenames are named thus:
