Server adapter: changes to eap are (published but) not visible unless in debug

      1. ASSERT: have jboss-helloworld running in OpenShift (create via eap64-basic-s2i template, use "helloworld" CONTEXT_DIR set to "helloworld" in "Template paramteres" wizard page)
      2. ASSERT: have jboss-helloworld source imported to project in your workspace
      3. ASSERT: have server adapter created and started in normal mot (NOT Debugging)
      4. EXEC: change HelloService#createHelloMessage (ex. change returned string) and save it
      5. ASSERT: console shows up and deploys your change
      6. EXEC: pick Show In > Web Browser from context menu of your server adapter

      Result:
      The change is not visible in the web browser. The web page still shows the unaltered string.

      First option: after changes, right-click on server adapter -> Clean... -> OK
      Second option:Restart the server adapter in Debug mode
