Properties: Header hidden by another header is not retrievable

      ASSERT: Have an OpenShift 3 connection with a project.
      EXEC: Open Properties view
      EXEC: Select a project
      ASSERT: Project details are displayed in properties view.
      EXEC: Resize header to the beginning of preceding one.

      RESULT: Preceding header is hidden by the header being resized.
      EXPECTED RESULT: I would be able to resize the headers back to be able to see preceding header and table columns.

      Table header in Properties for OpenShift 3 resources can be moved/resized. If I resize a header to beginning of another header, the another header is hidden and I cant resize is back or retrieve the second header with its column. See video for more details
