Application wizard: Duplicated templates shown on a project with same name as cluster namespace

      ASSERT: Have an OpenShift connection with a project.
      EXEC: Set cluster namespace to the connection to be equal to the project name.
      EXEC: Create a template resource on the project.
      EXEC: Open New OpenShift Application wizard and select the project.

      RESULT: There are duplicated template items.
      EXPECTED RESULT: There is only 1 template for the project.

      When I change a cluster namespace and I am using this namespace with a user who has a project with same name, templates shown in New OpenShift Application wizard are duplicated.
