Application wizard: Git reference is ignored for application templates

      ASSERT: Have an OpenShift 3 connection with a project.
      EXEC: Open New OpenShift 3 Application Wizard.
      EXEC: Select a template, e.g. eap 64 basic and proceed to next page.
      EXEC: On the template parameters page change Git ref value to different one and Finish the wizard.

      RESULT: Original value is used.
      EXPECTED RESULT: The new value is used.

      When creating a new OpenShift 3 application based on application template (e.g. eap64) and I change value of Git ref, the new value is ignored and still the old one is used.
