CDK server adapter: Show In > OpenShift Explorer causes login prompts to show up

      1. ASSERT: have a server adapter for the CDK
      2. ASSERT: have a freshly started Eclipse
      3. ASSERT: have an additional OpenShift 3 connection (additional to the one for the CDK) where the token/password is NOT STORED (ex. to https://console.engint.openshift.com)
      4. ASSERT: have it NOT LOADED yet, DONT UNFOLD it
      5. EXEC: have the CDK server adapter [Started]
      6. EXEC: pick Show In > OpenShift Explorer

      Result:
      All connections in Explorer (that are not loaded yet) are turned "Loading...". The connection (where the password/token is not stored) prompts the user to provide token/password
