Steps to Reproduce:

ASSERT: have a server adapter for the CDK

ASSERT: have a freshly started Eclipse

ASSERT: have an additional OpenShift 3 connection (additional to the one for the CDK) where the token/password is NOT STORED (ex. to https://console.engint.openshift.com)

ASSERT: have it NOT LOADED yet, DONT UNFOLD it

EXEC: have the CDK server adapter [Started]

EXEC: pick Show In > OpenShift Explorer

Result:
All connections in Explorer (that are not loaded yet) are turned "Loading...". The connection (where the password/token is not stored) prompts the user to provide token/password
