Steps to Reproduce:

1. import Java EE project from central
2. open index.xhtml page
3. you will be asked to swich from HTML5 to JSF rendering, stay with HTML5 -this will throw exception
4. send logged error, everything goes ok, but you might get an incomplete submission URL

Sometimes when I send a report I get this incomplete URL to see my submission

I can see my submission in aeri system, just the URL given to reporter is sometimes incomplete.
