I downloaded Eclipse for Java EE Neon M7:
eclipse-jee-neon-M7-macosx-cocoa-x86_64.tar.gz
Then I tried to install JBT abridged from here:
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/neon/snapshots/updates/
And then it showed me a remediation, so I checked the original error and here it is:
Cannot complete the install because of a conflicting dependency.
