Deploy Image to OpenShift wizard does not render wizard upon docker connection addition

      ASSERT: Have an OpenShift 3 connection and a project.
      ASSERT: Don't have docker connection in Docker explorer.
      EXEC: Select Deploy Docker Image... context menu item in context menu of an OpenShift project.
      ASSERT: New Deploy Image to OpenShift wizard is opened and docker connection is empty (combo has no selection)
      EXEC: Fill in image details and make sure an OpenShift project is selected in a combo.
      EXEC: Click create a new docker connection link and proceed through creation process.
      ASSERT: Docker connection which has been created is selected in the combo for docker connection.

      RESULT: Next button is disabled.
      RESULT: Next button is enabled.

      Description

      In Deploy Image to OpenShift wizard the Next button is not rendered as expected. If I leave selection of a docker connection as last step (at first I fill in image details and OpenShift project), upon selection of a such connection Next button does not get enabled even it all is ok.
