Preferences: Cannot browse and choose the oc binary

      1. EXEC: open OpenShift 3 preferences
      2. EXEC: hit "Browse" and navigate to the filesystem location that holds your oc binary

      Result:
      the oc binary is not listed. Most likely this is caused by the filefilter that's set to "EXE" whereas it most likely should be ".EXE" (I have no windows, reporting what I saw)
