Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

ASSERT: Have an OS3 connection with application created (which has build config) in OpenShift explorer
ASSERT: Try to open Import Application... wizard via context menu of a project or service. It should be ok
EXEC: Select the connection and select context menu item Import Application...

RESULT: Warning dialog is shown.
EXPECTED RESULT: Import Application wizard is opened.

When I am trying to import a new application via connection context menu Import Application..., I get following warning dialog
