'Untrusted SSL Certificate' shell keeps extending when help is turned on and off again

      1. ASSERT: make sure that you have a connection to an OpenShift server with an untrusted SSL certificate (ex. console.engint.openshift.com)
      2. ASSERT: make sure you have a freshly started Eclipse where you never expanded and confirmed the ssl certificate of your OpenShift connection (confirmations are stored for all your Eclipse session)
      3. EXEC: in Explorer: expand your connection
      4. ASSERT: SSL certificate dialog shows up asking you to confirm the certificate
      5. EXEC: hit the Help button on the left bottom corner of the dialog
      6. ASSERT: (unhelpful) help cheatsheet is shown to the right of the dialog
      7. EXEC: hit the help again

      Result:
      The help is disappearing and the dialog expands to the size that was used by the dialog with the cheatsheet: ssl-certificate-dialog-expanding.ogv

      Clicking the 'Help' button in 'Untrusted SSL Certificate' shell opens the help menu on the right. When I click it again, instead of just closing the help menu, it extends the shell to the size it would take with the help open. This can be repeated as long as there is enough space on the screen.
