A change to the icon is reflected in the "Manage Opts" display, but not in the display of icons (Android Simulator)

Steps to recreate:

1. Create a new Hybrid Mobile project
2. Run the project on an android simulator
3. Change the project default icon - I used a picture of the Brno skyline - make this change to config.xml: <icon src="www/res/icon/brno1.png" /> - add the icon file referenced into /www/res/icon
4. Run the project on the android simulator
5. Observe the icons - see the attached screenshots
