Steps to Reproduce:

1:EXEC:select a pod->right click 'Port Forwarding'>check 'Find free local ports to remote ports'>click 'Start All'
2. ASSERT: an eclipse console for port-forwarding starts and it shows:
Starting port-forwarding...
8080 -> 8080
done.
3.EXEC:stop port forwarding from port-forwarding wizard
4.ASSERT:port forwarding is stopped, but the eclipse console for port forwarding is still there, you can only manually terminate it.

Since stop port-forwarding console can stop port forwarding, port-forwarding console should be terminated when when I stop forwarding from wizard.
