Steps to Reproduce:

1:EXEC:select a pod->right click 'Port Forwarding'>check 'Find free local ports to remote ports'>click 'Start All'
2. ASSERT: got below status:

45344 8080 Started
3.EXEC:stop port forwarding from eclipse console
4.EXEC:select pod in step 1->right click 'Port Forwarding'
5.ASSERT:port forwarding window can't pop up even if you refresh pods.
you can only fix this by restarting eclipse.

another issue:'start all' in port forwarding window should be disabled if the pod is a build pod, eg:ruby-sample-build-1-build
