Port Forwarding wizard: if I dont have path to "oc" set I'd like to get a link to preferences

      1. ASSERT: dont have the path to the "oc" binary set in your preferences (Window->Preferences->OpenShift v3-> "oc location")
      2. ASSERT: make sure that you have a pod running
      3. EXEC: in explorer: select your pod and pick "Port Forwarding..." from context menu

      Result:
      You're told that you dont have the path to the "oc" binary set in your preferences

      Expected:
      If the dialog would contain a link, that leads me to the preferences directly, this would be very handy.
