      Remaining TODOs from JBIDE-18772:

      • jbosstools-discovery : 6 steps - get 2 x earlyaccess.properties, then 4 x rsync
      • jbosstools-centraltarget : 7 steps - 4 x create composite*.xml files, then 12 x rsyncs
