Select element via Selection Tag Bar

If we select a tag with "Select Tag Bar", there must be selected all from starting to ending tag. For Example, if you have <table> ..... </table> , and you select table in Selection Tag Bar, now cursor will be moved in beginning of table (see screenshot 1). the corect way is to select all component.( see screenshot2).
IIn this way this is made in Macromedia, JDeveloper etc.That will give us an easy way to understand and realize the code and we can easily make do "Format Active Elements",delete...
