Steps to Reproduce:

EXEC: launch new application wizard

ASSERT: connection wizard shows up

EXEC: select/selecting a v2 connection and get to page 2

Result:
When page 2 shows up an error occurrs and there are no cartridges nor quickstarts listed.

This only happens in 4.3.x, 4.2.x (aka JBDS 8) is not affected.
