Can't check server type in jboss tools Connection Wizard Dialog

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1.Click "New Connection Wizard" to open the connection dialog
      2.Set "Server type“ to “<Automatic>”
      3.Input a wrong openshift url, like:https://www.google.com
      4.Click "Check Server Type" Button.
      5.Input a openshift v3 server and check the type again
      6.After several times check and empty the server url.

      Actual results:
      4.The check result type is openshift-v2.
      5.The check result type is openshift-v2.
      6.The "Check Server Type" button is enable.

      Expected results:
      4.It should tip the server is not openshift server
      5.The result should be a openshift-v3 server
      6.When the server url is empty, the "Check Server Type" button should be disabled.
