Explorer: Unfolding a v2 connection is endlessly loading, not showing children

      1. ASSERT: make sure that you have a v2 connection listed in the OpenShift explorer
      2. ASSERT: make sure that it's not and wasn't unfolded/showing children (freshly stared Eclipse instance, password prompt not triggered yet)
      3. EXEC: in OpenShift Explorer: click on the + of a connection to list its children
      4. ASSERT: it's unfolding and showing "Loading"
      5. EXEC: wait for the children to appear

      Result:
      The children are never shown, the "Loading" stays there forever
