Forge won't allow for RestApplication class creation if it has been deleted

When generating REST endpoints from entities, the Forge Wizard allows for RestApplication creation, only the first time.
If I remove the RestApplication class or even delete the project and create it again, the Wizard will not allow for re-creation of this mandatory class.
