[Config Editor] Remove empty lines from config.xml file when removing Preferences or Access via Cordova Configuration Editor

      1. Create new Hybrid Mobile project
      2. Open config.xml file in Cordova Configuration Editor
      3. Add couple Preferences or Accesses
      4. Remove some from added Preferences or Accesses
      ERROR: There are left empty lines in config.xml file after items were removed. Would be nice to remove these empty lines
